Wrong item sent

Order came on time as expected for our trip. But We received the wrong top. My daughter does quite fit it yet so she was unable to use for the intended purpose. I have emailed twice with no response. Trying to patiently wait for a reponse but I feel like the return window is going to expire before I hear back.
