About Us

Where is Sparkle Swimwear located? 

Sparkle Swimwear is based out of Honolulu, Hawaii. We have been a small, local business on Oahu for the past 15 years. 

Do you have a storefront? 

You can find us at the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays (permitting schedules). Our products are also sold at various ABC stores in Waikiki. 

Where are your products made? 

We have items that come from Vietnam, China, Indonesia, and Thailand. 

How do I take care of my swimwear attire? 

We recommend either hand-washing or machine-washing your items and letting it air-dry. This will ensure longevity and quality of your item. 

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Please contact us and we will work with you for wholesale inquiries.

Do you have any social media pages?

As of now, we only have Instagram. Please follow us at hi.sparkleswimwear

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?

Yes! We do our best to maintain your information. Please read our privacy policy to view the full details on how we protect your privacy and personal information.Do you restock items that are sold out?

We try to keep our items stocked as well as possible. We might run into some instances where restocking is necessary. We hope that is not the case, but if it is, we will stay in touch to keep you updated on our items.  

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process our order within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible and we would be happy to help you with any changes.

How do I know what size to choose?

We have created a Sizing Chart to help you figure out your size. You can always reach out to us if you would like to chat about your size and have reassurance!

 

Order Status

How do I check on the status of my order?

Once an order has been sent out, you will receive a confirmation number with a tracking number. Please use that number and link to follow the carrier’s shipment. If there are any problems, please reach out to us.

Why was my order cancelled?

There can be many reasons why your order was cancelled. Please be sure to check you have filled out all information accordingly. If all else fails, please contact us!

 

Shipping

What kinds of shipping options do you offer?

We ship domestically and internationally. We offer standard 5-8 days delivery, priority mail, and express priority mail. Shipping is free on orders of $50 and more. Free local delivery on orders $20 or more, and free pick up are available as well. Please keep in mind that we are shipping from Honolulu, Hawaii. We appreciate your patience for your items!  

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?

Sparkle Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

Online purchases are valid for exchange or store credit within 30 calendar days from the delivery date through our return portal. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. To be fair, Sparkle Swimwear will cover the new shipping fees. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business! Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all hygienic liners and tags attached. How soon will I receive a refund for my return?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded a credit within 10 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.

E-Gift Cards/Store Credit

Where can I purchase, redeem and/or ship a Sparkle Swimwear e-gift card?

Sparkle Swimwear will issue store credit, minus the return shipping fee, upon items being returned. We will soon have an option to purchase e-gift cards.

Does the Sparkle Swimwear e-gift card/store credit have any limitations or restrictions?

E-gift cards and store credits may not be applied to previously purchased merchandise. You may use up to 10 e-gift cards and store credits per transaction.

Does Sparkle Swimwear replace lost or stolen e-gift card/store credit?

We will replace your lost e-gift card/ store credit for the remaining value in our records at the time the card is reported as lost. Unfortunately, we cannot replace stolen e-gift cards/stolen credits. 

How do I redeem my e-gift card/store credit online?

During checkout, enter both the e-gift card/store credit number and pin on the back of the gift car/store credit or in the email for your e-gift card that you received from us. If your e-gift card/store credit balance doesn't cover the total cost of your order, we'll charge the remaining amount to your primary form of payment listed in your account, or to another acceptable form of payment at your request. If the total cost of the order is less than the balance on your e-gift card(s)/store credit(s), any unused balance will remain on your e-gift card/store credit.

What if I want to return an item I purchased with an e-gift card/store credit?

You can return items purchased with e-gift card/store credit in accordance with our Refund Policy. The refund amount will include only the amount paid after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and will not include any shipping charge paid unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

What if I cancel an online order that was paid for with an e-gift card / store credit?

If you cancel an order that was purchased with an e-gift card/store credit, the total amount paid for the canceled order will be credited to the original e-gift card/store credit. 

Can I use an e-gift card / store credit to purchase another e-gift card / store credit?

You cannot use an e-gift card to buy another e-gift card/store credit. You can use store credit to but an e-gift card.

Are there any fees associated with Sparkle Swimwear e-gift cards/store credit?

No, you will only be charged the value of the e-gift care/store credit when it is purchased. We do not charge shipping or any other fees when you purchase an e-gift card. 

Can I change the value of an e-gift card/store credit after I have purchased/received it?

No, you will not be able to add or change the value on an e-gift card/store credit once it has been purchased/issued.

What if someone makes a copy of my e-gift card/store credit?

You must safeguard your e-gift card/store credit for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your e-gift card/store credit and redeems it for the full balance on the card, your card will have no value and we are not responsible for replacing any lost value. 

 

International Orders

Can my order be delivered internationally?

At the moment, we are still working out the kinks of international shipping, but are willing to take international orders. Please be patient with us as we work out the logistics!

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Global-e supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax or VAT) are set by the destination country. If you wish to pre-pay duties and taxes, select the Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) option at checkout and will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Global-e international checkout page.

Will there be any additional costs due when my order is delivered?

Not if you pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout. In that case, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your chosen currency and no additional costs will be due upon delivery. However, if you do not select that option, you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery. If you are asked to pay additional fees after prepaid duties and tax, please contact us.

How much will international shipping cost?

International shipping is determined by a number of factors including, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

You will be quoted a specific delivery window at the time of checkout which is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.

When am I billed?

Your payment method will be billed when your international order is shipped.

Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?

Yes!

Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?

If there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes! 

How can I track my international order?

You can track the progress of your international package with the tracking number provided to you in your email. 

Who should I contact if I have questions relating to my order after I have made a purchase?

Please contact us and we will work with you to fix the issue.

How do I make an exchange?

Exchanges are not available at this time. Please return items and place a new order.

What is your return policy for international orders?

Online purchases are valid for returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date through our return portal. We will provide you with a store credit refund of the original merchandise price (minus a 10% restocking fee of the returned items will be applied) in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all hygienic liners and tags attached. What are the International Return Instructions?

To start your returns process, please go to the return portal and follow the instructions provided. For your convenience, you may create a prepaid return shipping label and drop off to the nearest carrier shipping location. If you have questions or need assistance with making a return, please contact us. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be sent and the amount you will be refunded not including any duties and taxes originally paid. Refunds for returned items will be credited to you as store credit, minus the 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
